hello ladies, watching replay on Thursday, i been sick,4 days during our heat wave, here in Eastern Canada, but somehow i have survived to tell the tale, feel like i am on the mend. I am 72. I am interested in thos e microwaveable bowl. I heat up in my mw, but don't cook, unless in a hurry when i don't have potatoes batch cooked, or frozen veg. Today i am having baked sauerkraut with white spuds & frozen peas & corn. while i watch/listen/ tfs xoxo

I buy herbs and spices in bulk at an organic market because I know that they are not irradiated or GM. That also allows me to buy a small amount at a time to insure freshness instead of having to toss after months in my pantry.

you just jogged my memory, i have cooked Kraft Dinner, our popular brand of Mac & Cheese in Canada. when with my daughter & 2 grandies. , way before i found Chef AJ & went plant based vegan.I didn't catch the name of them & google can't find them ??
