I have expected wildfire under the square when Daenerys has made her speech, so all the Dothrakiand Unsullied would have died as a last revenge from Cersei.

So that's why S8 of GoT is so bad, the park got shut down in Westworld S2 so they had to rush to the end lmao

Exactly :D....and in the aftermath they had to sell all the "props" like Drogon to Jurassic Park....(they had the reference there as well, they were about to sell Drogon to some place in Costa Rica :D). So plot twist the dinos were not even real (or mutated from some Frog/Dino DNA crossover), they were androids as well all along.

Only two things I’ll defend in season 8 is the darkness in the battle (I can understand peoples reasons for not liking it, I liked what they were going for) and Jaime going back to Cersei, everything else was absolute shit.

I miss GoT. S8 has its problems, like S7 and others. But we can't blame D&D for the rest of our life: they put on screen a giant story, and Martin left them half alone. It must not have been easy, along with a thousand other factors that may have created problems. I don't blame them, I thank them.

This behind the scenes is great. And so is the episode! One of my favourites.

I studied in architecture Ricardo Bofill´s converted cement factory "La Fabrica" in Barcelona, Spain. I love to see that it still looks amazing.

Pretty risky putting Dan and Dave in a glass box like that, because they sure as hell won’t be able to write themselves out.

Yeap he also flew Danny's artificial body to be repaired :D Also explains why the writing was so shitty in the end, when they had all those probelms coming in from West World...especially if it was Sizemore who was responsible, he had already to deal with 300 stories written in 3 weeks...

Seeing Drogon make an appearance makes sense. Game of Thrones is a lot like Westworld with its excessive violence and sex. And, most of what happens in GOT takes place in Westeros.

@@KabbalahSherry Realistically speaking, the contracts and the $$ spent on the actual actors from GoT wouldn't have been worth it for a short cameo, D&D and Drogon were way cheaper and easier for them to do, plus let's not forget all the props (Hound's armor, Baratheon shield, Cersei's dress)

3:40 Issue is if you are inside a simulation you are not a user looking at the system running slow, you are inside the simulation and would have no idea how fast or slow it is running. The same idea has been executed in this episode when they looked through security cameras into the real world and saw everything in slow motion because the simulation ran at a faster speed than realtime. But that did not effect the people inside the simulation. For them everything was normal. Therefore, the depiction of how a simulation would actually work wasnt shown here. A real simulation you could speed up, slow down, pause, save and load without the simulated entities knowing about any of that.

that Maeve escape sequence is AMAZING, kuddos to everyone who worked on it. Both the action and emotion were intense

S3 E2 the best episode ever! The acting the storyline the art and the production quality woah!! I thought that robot was like the one from Boston dynamics but woah best episode... Just love it! Can't wait for rest of the season!!! Release the show already! 🙏🏼💯

I loved this episode. It really had fun with the established mechanics of the world and was perfectly executed. D&D and Drogon's cameo was absolutely awesome. The show has such an entertaining pitch but it didn't exactly make use of it in the previous seasons. I'm glad that season 3 has more levity and feels more natural. Story really benefits from that.

I really hope this means that there is a Dungeons and Dragons world, like full on Elves, Tieflings, Dwarfs, etc. I mean how awesome would this be? Imagine for Spellcasters they had certain upgrades like projecting images for spells, etc.

I bet if Lisa and Jonah knew how GOT would end, D&D would've gruesome deaths by the hands of Maeve or Dolores. Also, how much of the budget do you think they spent just for 3 seconds of Drogon? I bet at least 5%.

@What ? Actually, D&D are the ones who insisted GOT ended the way it did. They wanted Season 7 to be the last one, while George RR Martin fought for 11 Seasons. D&D said they'd make Season 8 the last one to wrap everything up. That's why Season 7 and 8 are the way they are. So it is D&D's fault, technically.

Now two parks remains as a mystery, well, the Westeros-type part could be the 4th park. I still don't know what happened, but it was interesting and a good build up for Meave. Stubbs reveal, I saw it coming but it was more like a fan theory for me. Fantastic episode and Vincent Cassel was great. I feel that the first three episodes are more build up and later we will get more answers.

There is actually only 1 park remaining a mystery. 5 have been revealed so far. Westworld, Shogun World, The Raj, War World and Medieval World. We saw medieval world through Bernards point of view and he wasn’t in a simulation so we know that’s real and also war world is likely real since it makes sense they would base the simulation off an actual park. Roman world and future world were both a part of the original movies so maybe one of those is the 6th park

I thought it was pretty self aware and liked it. What I don't like are all the death threats they got. At least they grown men not kids like Jeofrey and Sansa's actors and how much harassment they got when they were kids. I'm very sad to see the fandom we're part of is so toxic to the point they would be happy to see a real little girl kill herself because she got a little pudgy.

Indeed, this is a great episode,similar to S2 08 :Kiksuya, with slower pace and decent portrayal by all the actors. This season seems promising, the story moves on smoothly, I only hope for one thing: Bring Sir Anthony’s Dr Ford back, he’s my favorite character in this show！

The movements and the portraile of the worker bot was so well done, only 1 small hickup was when it climbed the grassy hill it looked a bit too light.

The “nazi village” scenes were filmed in the village of Besalú, in Catalonia!

Speaking as someone working in the tech field and with a CS degree, a character in a simulation cannot possibly detect when the computer gets bogged down because the simulated time would simply slow down to compensate. But since this is a TV show I'll suspend my disbelief and give it a pass.

yeah, 28year coder here, a better route would have been some unguarded subroutine in the network that could have been subverted to get her access to harriet. flood the subro with data until she found a sequence that would let her move code around, then get into harriet. Not too visual tho I guess, rather than have a bust hang in midair.

This is such an incredible show, it's like playing those mind games to keep your brain active. Is what we're seeing the latest timeline? is this a simulation or reality? Could what we're seeing, everything up to this point, be a simulation? Perhaps this is a Turing test, and us the viewer, are viewing everything, the algorithm, through the eyes of Rehoboam up to the point where something the algorithm didn't take into account, like Maeve or Dolores, comes into play to end Rehoboam? And that's the moment we reach the current time in this world.
