Weston Pass - Dispersed Camping in Colorado
We check out one of several dispersed camping areas near the top of Weston Pass in Colorado.

Afterward, we drive down the Leadville side of the pass, where you can see turnoffs for several dispersed camping areas in the changing fall aspens.

This is One of my Fav Places In Colorado. Last time I was up there was a few years ago. I loved hiking ALL over there! That camp site is right where I had camped many times! Hope to get back up there in a few months!! GREAT VIDEO! Ah the memories!

Oatmeal and eye also made a motion pitcher in this area...found a great place up there. We recommend the Leadville side.

Please don’t ruin these spots, stick to the campgrounds. We go to these to get away from people and here you are inviting the world and their trash.

We won't give away many sites like these. I'll leave that for all the mobile apps that have popped up in the last few years. This location was already littered from somebody doing target practice up there.
