I choose this song for my daddy. I miss him so much. But I know that he is not suffering anymore. Why is grieving so hard. My dad died at the hospital alone due to covid. He was my hero and will always be my hero. This song makes me sad all over. It is a perfect song for my dad cuz he was my hero. ❤️💜 Thank you for the beautiful song.

Thank you for posting this. I lost my dad going on 5 yrs ago due to esophageal cancer. He was and still is my hero. He held on when others would have given up and he did it for me. To this day I have no idea how he held on I can only say it was by the grace of God that he did. I miss you dad. Thank you to you and mom for everything you have done for me as I was growing up and have had a family of my own. You are my hero and I will miss you every day.

Westlife members still sound great. They have heavenly gifted and angelic voices. Thank you so much for the good music. That started singing before I was born. Now I have 22 years and they are still bringing a great song "My Hero". I love all their songs. I come from a country called Uganda found in East Africa.

They are the BEST boy band ever as they combine lyrics , music and amazing voices . True artists at all. They are back to express what they are feeling to the mankind , not being worried to be recognized because they are together to make music not for satisfied their vanity.

@@Shaktiman-dz4vq At first, I heard that Shane co wrote it as a tribute to his late parents but according to a recent post by Mark, it was written by Ed Sheeran and Steve Mac... Cant wait to hear the ones written by the lads, as they have been heavily involved in this album

I'm suffering from that also and it's hard to cope at times. Not everyone understands how hard anxiety and panic attacks can become. I remember the day Westlife released their first album. I reluctantly gave it a try and there was that little song called “Flying Without Wings”. I was a sobbing mess and the rest is history. Their music is still my secret happy place. If only they knew how important they are for so many people 😌
