This NO crank NO start condition been haunting this truck for quite some time. 2017 Western Star W4900 SB with a Detroit Diesel 15 engine.
Finally found the problem, shirt to ground on start circuit from ignition switch to MCM/ STARTER RELAY.
This was a tough one but like always, don't get away forever.
Hopefully this will save someone else a TON of money on diag/ parts replacement for nothing.
