I visited Frostburg, Maryland last month for The Polar Express! The Western Maryland Scenic Railroad travels from Cumberland to Frostburg. Locomotive No. 1309 was restored in 2020, making it the first time she was under steam in 64 years. I would like to make an entire video about the East Broad Top Railroad and its history, but for now, please enjoy this capture!
