That's bull. How about a limit of zero "nuisance pets," but as many non-nuisance pets as a household can afford to properly care for?

Find out how many children Brian has and make the limit one less. So, if he has two children, the limit becomes one. He will have 2 months to decide which child he wants to keep. Oh, of course, there is no grandfather clause.

They came for the dogs and I didn't say anything because I didn't have any dogs! This how it starts! We don't need the government telling us the amount of anything we are allowed and not allowed to have!
