I think most of the comments on here are too literal. He is not forcing them to praise, He is teaching a lesson about connecting spirits. People who are on fire for God ("Flames") can connect and there will be a movement like no other ( "Bonfire"). Wow. I'm so sad. I watched the video with such happiness. I thought wow Angela Basset and Courtney B. Vance giving God praise, how awesome is that. For those being all judgemental about how others praise the Most High l say this. I had gone deaf in my right ear and was losing hearing in my left. I had to step down from being a church musician because of this. I went back to ushering. While on my post I felt a warmth from the top of my head that spread throughout my body. I had an idea of what was happening so I lifted my hands and started thanking and praising YHWH. I felt a pop in both my ears and I could hear clearer than I had ever heard before. The first thing I heard was my own voice. I didn't know I could shout so loud. LOL Once I realized my ears were healed I went in. I didn't care who saw me. I was healed and gave the Most High praise for healing! We're instructed in the Psalms to price him with singing, dancing, and musical instruments. Miriam sang and danced to praise YHWH after the Hebrews were freed from the Egyptians. David danced out of his clothes during his praise. His wife belittled him for it and her womb dried up. David was blessed going all in with his praise. His wife got all judgemental and self righteous and was cursed. 🤔

okay, I have read alot of the responses, then I finished watching the video. .... now I get what he was doing. .. Courteney seems like he just loves to get his dance on, and you don't have to be.... what you call 'slain in the spirit ' to get your dance on, the joy of the Lord alone is reason enough to praise Him.... and Angela seems like the more reserved one, where as she may cut a little step here and there again because of the joy she has just knowing Jesus, but might not seriously get her dance on unless she is totally caught up by the spirit. Now the preacher was trying to get things stirred up by going to where he thought he might get a little something stirred up. I personally loves it when the HOLY SPIRIT JUST TAKES OVER AND MOVES FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER, it's a beautiful thing! AND that's what this minister was trying to do. but there is a point where if it ain't working, it ain't gonna work. And at that point God is looking like 'what are ya'll doing? this is a mess!' And at that point people can see that you are desparately trying to usher in the spirit and they get discouraged cause you are trying too hard at this point! so I get all sides. I probably would have left at that point and went to another church where I know the Holy Spirit does not disappoint! HALLELUJAH! No offense. .
