Some say he's easy, some say he's hard. I say the second phase on simple mode should be the second phase for expert mode.

I'll do it, but to be honest this was kind of a pain to do as it takes some time to find which values do what for the boss and such so it might take some time to get it completely done

ayy lmao Some people on the cuphead speedrunning discord have started mod creation for this game too with the same idea called "cupcore".They have a dedicated channel for it, wondering whether you might want to join and discuss merging the two mods?Youve made alot of bosses we havent but also weve made a few you havent

I planning to make mod and i wanna tell what harder in my mod: Phase 1 1. He throwing out 4 times like your one 2. In the dash move he throw only 1 trampoline and he dashing faster 3. In the bomb move he shoots 6 & 5 bombs and a break 3 times! 4. I'm putting unused move in phase 1 that he throw a arrow and it lands on the ground and it makes explosion animation Phase 2 1. There is two phases in this phase one is he can move right to left and left to right like simple 2. And i put the unused cannons shot 3. The sticks moving faster 4. In the second part in phase 2 his tank moving as normal like regular and expert like he's not moving to much and it continues as normal Phase 3 1. His hand is moving faster 2. He's releasing out 8 little ghosts and 2 ghosts throwing ball at the same time! Phase 4. In my mod i decided to make another phase in the harder level only but not on expert in my harder level: 1. His cat is angry on the mouse 2. The mouse running from the cat 3. He can stand on all the sides and he throw trash and you need quickly shooting him 4. The cat running too and you need to duck about avoiding the cat steps! 5. The knockout animation is the cat catches the mouse!

Honestly, this should be Werner's difficulty for expert mode because he's literally a world 3 boss that takes time to get to.

This looks like a Kaizo version of Cupman: Don't Deal with the Devil.

I edited some values in the code, for this one I used ILspy with the Reflexil plugin but now I'm using dnSpy which lets me edit the code directly

Honestly the second phase is how it SHOULD'VE been.
