And there are people out there, teaching and telling us that cruciferous vegetables are bad for us.SMH! Thank you Dr.. thank you. I’ve been hyper nourishing and feel great, have more energy (I had chronic fatigue), and my brain fog is pretty much gone! 🙏❤️

I had the temerity to mention to a dairy farmer (wife) in Switzerland, whose husband's broken bone was healing very slowly, that it might be due to dairy consumption which is acidic and causes calcium to be pulled from bones to neutralize blood pH (after hearing this in a lecture in a class I was taking) - the woman became very angry with me. I am no medical professional, take that with a grain of salt.

I love this! “The temerity”, great word! And, I understand your medical fact to be true as well. We must have taken the same WFPB class. Diary acidic and bad for the bones.

I love these talks and I watch them every week 🙂 I eat rice but am not a big rice eater. I wonder if Dr. G could ever talk about the Rice Diet that Dr Kempner created and that helped so many people.

I was wondering the same thing. If she's familiar with Dr. Kempner's Rice Diet. It helped so many people. It consisted of white rice, fruit, fruit juice, and sugar. The premise of the diet is your body breaks down carbohydrates into glucose. Glucose, or blood sugar, is the main source of energy for your body's cells, tissues, and organs. Makes sense to me. Let me say, I also, really like what Dr. Goldner puts forth as far as healing and optimum health❤

Rice isn't bad, but it's the nitrous oxcide in the cruciferous vegetables that are so healing.

Hey, I am a nurse. Ive followed you and your work for a bit now. Ive had tremendous gains working nights and using your smoothies as fuel to help my gut issues. Ive recently had an issue with my foot, inabling me from working out..for months now. Just like this swollen ankle...they say I need surgery. I have bunions...and this monkey toe joint issue is totally unexpected. Just making my 12 shifts in the ER, is killing me...I cant sleep from the pain. 1. Is there a way to heal genetic bone deformities? And 2. Yes, please help me connect with your husband, cause this aint working...i need miracle metabolism for a bum foot nurse who was working out daily and now...swims sometimes and hobbles around as a night shift nurse.🙏💪🙌

She usually recommends half a cup or more. I tend to do a bit more bc some of it ends up getting stuck on the side of the smoothie jar etc. be sure to grind them fresh right before you eat them or grind them in the cold smoothie to preserve the good omegas and consume it within a day. You can add ice to make it colder or frozen fruit. Good luck !
