Yes! A rack on a sheet pan in the oven is perfect. At home I use a frying pan with water almost covering the bacon. It takes longer but it renders the fat evenly without curling the bacon and gives you time to get everything else ready because you don't have to flip it until the water evaporates.

Food looked great. I need some lettuce.
