After years of dealing with acne, I've now ended up with a bit of scarring. I wanted to go through the process of removing these for myself but also to bring you guys through the whole process from start to finish so you can see what to expect if you are ever looking into such a treatment! This treatment in specific is called a DermaPen treatment and involves repeated penetration of the skin via straight needles. More information is provided by Dr. Tirgari of Avalaon Laser & Aesthetics in the video. Make sure to give this video a thumbs up, leave a comment down below and subscribe if you haven't already!

Hey everyone thank you so much for the support on this video! 🙏 I wanted to pin a post with some answers to the most asked questions! 😁 My four biggest tips for people who want to make change in their acne are to 1) REMOVE DAIRY 100% (not even a little tiny slip up) 2) Eat 8-16 servings of dark green cruciferous veggies 3) Drink more water (1-2 gallons a day) 4) Balance your gut flora by ingesting some form of probiotics. What protein can I use? A lot of people watching my channel are into fitness and consume whey protein, protein bars and products with dairy in them. Whey/casein proteins are concentrated dairy, you need to switch to a plant based protein. The best plant based protein is the raw plant protein from VivoLife (Yes, I'm sponsored because I support them fully - use BRIAN10 for 10% off VivoLife: bit.ly/VivoLifeBrian). They do not include preservatives, coloring or fake sugars which are are terrible for you. They also have greens that provide most of your daily vitamins, veggies and even probiotics. I promote them because their products do not break me out and are high quality. VIDEOS I SUGGEST TO WATCH (MY BEST ACNE CONTENT): EXACTLY What To Do With Acne Scarring! (From Experience): kzread.info/dash/bejne/fXqL2qVwc7OwhKg.html REMOVE REDNESS FROM ACNE & SCARRING: kzread.info/dash/bejne/mKKcmblsYpewdco.html How to stay positive and keep high self esteem (How To Get Past Acne Insecurity): kzread.info/dash/bejne/fnl7w5OamMadYrg.html Three Easy, Medium & Hard things to help eliminate acne: kzread.info/dash/bejne/q5p6ubWfirDQhZs.html I have countless more videos related to acne so if you have anything specific I suggest using the search function on my channel to see if I've talked on it before and if I haven't PLEASE request it in a comment below! I love you all and you are not alone, if you are feeling down from your acne I strongly suggest to continue watching my acne videos about self esteem to help you find the path to strengthening your confidence! ❤❤❤

Nice one... BTW, most specialist now add PRP or platelet rich plasma after micro needling (preferably energy based RF)- this speeds up recovery. You heal up in half the time. Great commentary.

so so so happy for you! you've been through so much to get to the point where you are now. it's been a long and emotional journey and you're almost at the end now. Hang in there and all the very best for the rest of your final treatment!
You skin is looking so good now, definitely improved and getting better and better! Happy for you Brian :D
Your skin looks incredible! So happy for you
I've seen every part of your transformation and you were so good even without this surgery, thank you man for all the support, whenever I feel like my face is going bad, I'm thinking about your entire story and it makes me feel better. Whatever I would experience with my journey, I know that It will end up. Thinking about you, it makes me keep fighting it and I can't describe what it means to me, thanks! Cant wait to see your final results
This makes me soooo happy! I subscribed mostly to follow your acne journey and I'm so glad that it's come to this stage! Can't wait to see how it turns out!
So far, I've done five dermapen treatments for my acne scarring. I was told when I first started the treatment plan that my scarring was minimal and I wouldn't need many treatments. Well, my worst scars (deep pitted scars at the temples) are still around and still noticeable. But I do think it has helped with my overall skin tone and texture, so I continue to get additional dermapen treatments. Also, the skin looks its best a few weeks after treatment (because collagen has been activated and is plumping up the skin). After a month or so, you will start to see your scars getting more pronounced again. That is why a single treatment is uneffective and you have to do multiple. Some risk factors / things to consider that were not mentioned here: 1) you can scar more if you don't use the right aesthetician. Make sure they have been giving derma pen treatments for more than a few years or they can really tear up your skin. 2) you might break out if your skin is easily irritated. This happened to me (lots of whiteheads) and I was pretty devastated. You absolutely must not touch your face or get it dirty for at least 24 hours after treatment. You can't scrub or rub it, and you shouldn't go out in the sun. Even a little sweat is bad. Definitely pull back your hair too. 3) you might dry out. This also happened to me, similar to a peeling sunburn. I recommend hyaluronic acid to help restore moisture to the face (which is what my dermatologist recommended to me, as it doesn't clog pores). My dermatologist did not want me to use any of my normal skin care routine products (moisturizers, toners, etc) for at least 24 hours due to the risk of irritation. 4) the redness may last longer than a few days. I had redness last more than four days before. Don't expect the "sunburn" to disappear the morning after. It takes a while for your skin to heal.
I adore you so much human to human. I’m going through the toughest time w my skin. Hope mine gets better soon.
This guy makes me so happy. His personality and outlook on life is so contagious that im glad he’s doing well now.
So awesome, Brian. Thanks for taking us on this journey with you!

I had the same problem, but a lot of acne was appearing on my back and shoulders months before I turned 15. I went to a dermatologist who told me to use Accutane and other stuff to apply, my uncle took me to see a dermatologist he knew and she prescribed me accutane only. The acne disappeared completely after 6 months, unfortunately to this day I'm still really shy and not confident at all. Also, it stunt my growth, because some people get that side effect, which I was not told. Sometimes I wonder what would happened if she warned me about that one side effect (she said some others), would I have been happier if I had waited at least 3 years? I'm used to being 5'5 but it's a difficult question... If you are concerned about your height, I strongly encourage you NOT to do it.
@Eskojpuasok

Don't give up hope. I had very bad acne, I'd say probably in between stage 4 and 5 since I was 14 till 22. I went to the dermatologist 3 years ago when I was around 19 years old and that damn trick refuse to prescribe me accutane. I lost hope since nothing works. My break out stopped earlier this year. I'm left with scars and is going through treatments. My scars has improve about 50%. Many MD asked me why I haven't been on accutane since I'm a perfect candidate for it. I'd suggest you find a few different dermatologist and get some opinions. I wish I've done that. And find a diet that works for you. Trust me, a good diet plays a huge role. Good luck.

I sincerely thank you for allowing us to embark on your journey to overall good health. You have contributed greatly and helped heal inner wounds of so many. Thanks for being an inspiration for all affected. I am uncertain as to your major, but don't rule out law school. You are a well-spoken, focused, young leader and mankind would be better having known you. My husband is a lawyer, so I can recognize a great mind when it presents itself. Best of luck in your future endeavors!
I'm stoked for you Brian:) I hope the treatment goes as good as possible
Snapchat Squad. I didn't know this kind of surgery existed. Good to know for my own acne scars! Love your videos. You are so inspiring!

+Rey Bolanos glad I could show and inform you of this!
I had this done for the first time today. Not for acne scaring but for stimulation of growth factors. I think I'm in love.
Learned a lot great video man, huge difference
Great vid! Good healing...
I've been on acne medication for over a year now.... I started taking Zinc 4 days ago and my face is almost clear............. WHAT.IS.LIFE. Anyway, I was excited that this was the first thing to pop up on my home page! Love watching your progress, congrats!
Changing diet, working out, finding what's best and adapting is all apart of "Necessity is the mother of invention". And I think this is great demonstration of that. I've done the same thing (though no laser..yet anyway)and I'm doing just fine. Keep it up, cheers.
Your skin is looking fantastic! I'll have to go there and get mine done!!
can't wait to see your final form!
