Well I get the distress and how it is but the problem is each country needs to prioritize their own citizens and ensure their safety and well being first and foremost. That is why a really detailed background check is needed for people who want to enter from Middle Eastern countries. I am not sure about America since I am european but many european countries also have an extensive check in procedure but they let people in after passing the background check.

I have flown around 10 times in my life and I have been pulled aside, questioned and frisked in the back office about 6 of those times. It’s almost a given that it’s going to happen. It annoys me so much and they say it’s just a random check or I somehow made the machines go off but my point is, I’m white!

Non-pork hot dogs have increased over the years, for sure, but I don't think the joke really functions without the "no pork in Islam" context (otherwise it's just a weird detail and not much of a firewall, and the video is *all about* restricting access). Maybe a sausage instead of a hot dog would've made the joke clearer for those more familiar with beef and turkey franks.

It was definitely a nod to Pork Hot dogs. Despite trying both turkey and 100% beef hot dogs out on my kids, they absolutely INSIST on "plain old hot dogs" which are predominantly pork and "other things." If they wanted to REALLY make the Pork Reference, they should have said "Bacon". Now, that's PURE PORK!

+Galago actually, there are many forms and substitutes for bacon. I had been living off turkey bacon my whole life (I personally think it's delicious, but I've never had pork bacon before), at least until I turned vegetarian. I guess if they really wanted to go full on pork, they would've said ham, but somehow that just doesn't make it as funny. I don't know why, it's just something about the way the words sound I guess. Their use of the hot dog still makes me laugh every time, so I don't really care
