Established in 2016, the Global Scientists and Engineers Program (GSEP) is an English undergraduate program for international students striving to be scientists and engineers with a global perspective in transdisciplinary fields. Students under the program automatically belong to the Department of Transdisciplinary Science and Engineering.
Annually, eight (8) students are awarded with a four-year scholarship by MEXT in addition to being exempted from paying application, admission, and tuition fees. Additionally, ten (10)
privately-funded international students can also be admitted to the program. This program is among the keys for the internationalization of Tokyo Tech.
