Whether you’re crazy for roundabouts, addicted to photographing mailboxes, have the world’s largest collection of British milk bottles, or you’re a dull man with pretty much any sort of hobby that induces bafflement and yawns in friends and acquaintances, there’s a club just for you. A drolly cheerful celebration of the very ordinary, Born to be Mild explores the uncommon hobbies practiced by the members of the Dull Men’s Club - an online community that connects ‘dull men, and women who appreciate dull men’. A film festival favourite in 2015, the short documentary played at SXSW, AFI DOCS and Hot Docs, among others, introducing viewers to the mildly profound virtue of being ‘dull, not boring’.

Not according to Einstein - kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZKhttNl-nLStmMo.html&ab_channel=What%27sonNetflix - around the 15 second mark (and again at the 20 second mark, and the 25 second mark, and the...).
This is a master class in dullness. Thank you for your dull contributions to society.
You all are men who are my kindred souls. I recently spent two hours watching a snail cross a stone. Live long and be dull.
Truth is... they are really not dull at all, just eccentric. I have a collection of vintage Marmite jars :-)

This is why they frame it against advertising and modern culture. Not any sort of broad absolute fact.

Ohhh I love the Marmite pot design, has it changed much over the years? Would love to see your collection.
This is like Napoleon Dynamite humour, but way better. Loved it.
'A pond just ain't the same without a ducking stool.' - Matthew Hopkins, 1644.
This is coming from a 27 years old, I Freakin Love These Men. Especially the man with the GB t-shirt, shout out to you, I bet hanging out with you is more fun than many shallow and dull people my age 🤓
Ahh i need more gems like this in my perturbed existence
That was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
How lovely to see that not ALL the seniors are binge watching TV ...
Tell me more about this Biscuit Appreciation Society. I need a good biscuit in my life.
What a great video: Thanks for sharing, and introducing us to these incredible guys! And the guy with the Magic Roundabout ring tone, what a legend.
I loved the video ! There is nothing dull in enjoying the small things, it's a great way of living actually, and a great therapy against the everyday rush.
Roundabouts also work when the power is out. Traffic lights when the power fails it is chaos.
The apostrophe protection society! I love it!!!!!
This club is fantastic! I would ask to join but I’m a woman. 😊 You’ve given me a great idea though. I have always been fascinated with architecture so I’m going to get my camera and head out. Best wishes gentlemen.

These dudes are fantastic
-" may you be dull- If that is what a skilled, Vigilant, flexible, Unemphasised, enthralled Catching of happiness is called." from "Born Yesterday" for Sally Amis Philip Larkin
"is it a movement?" , "no, its not a movement, we like to stay put" hahaha
Making love on a roundabout?! Now, that's not dull! I'd argue that escalators are rarely accompanied by stairs so the beauty to choose whether to stand still or hasten your journey is part of the joy.
The only Yt video I needed. Thank you.
What a lovely documentary. It’s a shame the sound and visuals don’t line up.
Amazing video !
Top job! Well done.
Great video...love it!
The roundabout society would LOVE Canberra.

I used to live in a city inspired by Canberra, Changwon, South Korea. It was likewise a planned city with a massive roundabout. That, combined with the rather lead-footed Korean bus and taxi drivers made for some fun commuting.

Oh wow! I imagine then it must be a beautiful city.
I am not alone!!
Great video!
Great stuff!!
Never thought I'd be able to finish watching this video.
It's about time!
Fantastic :)
Brilliant!
What a beautiful bunch of dudes!
I always thought I was a boring man, now I Know; Actually I'm a dull man! Thx guys !
Omg fabulous
Roundabout duck pond in Otford, West Kent. I am on a lonely crusade to keep the hyphen in use. We lost to-day and to-morrow, but please let us not lose re-do; redo looks ridiculous: it looks like it should be pronounced like a colour with the "Oh!" sound attached e.g. Who's that friend of yours over there who spent too long in the sun? Oh, that's Redo.
Excellent!!! Is there one without subtitles? And DREADFUL music..........ahhhhh!
The guy at 7 minutes in really needs to put some mesh across those shelves; how can he live so dangerously - his whole collection is just waiting for an earth quake or other building-shaking event and he's going to lose parts of his collection. Scary.

I don't think we've had an earthquake capable of shaking a bottle over since the Romans were here... the UK is very dull in that regard :)
I like the lush organ music. I bet these dudes are canny fellas too and don't engage in street brawling or lechery!
