Thank you for tuning it! On top of that heat shield I highly recommend getting heat tape and lining one side of the shield. I am looking at wrapping my test pipe and getting a turbo blanked, gotta get rid of some of that heat!

Ahhhhh ehhh it depends on the car I guess. I would avoid buying at the moment but keep a close eye out for a good deal! If you see something you truly like, hop on it quick!

Was going to say what's your intake temps because sitting in traffic with mine would get to 170° F and had to find a side road quick because it would mess up my long term fuel to -20.00 pulling back fuel which would have me to clear my codes just so it would reset my long term fuel trims. So OEM box went back in after that learning experience.

Hey Ryan! I have experienced high Temp in the 170s before, that was when I lived inland a bit but just recently moved to the coast so it hasn't been as hot thankfully. I'll dive into this more and get a more accurate answer next time I take the car out :)

Ooo I’m jealous! I want a b7 wagon bad! Those headlights come from factory as an option. If you can find a pair they can be put into your car but require some ecu coding and wiring (think there is a harness adapter you can buy). Audizine has a few write ups on it! Side skirts are from Maxton designs!

@@SaucyB7 I’ve had it for years. Mostly did cosmetic. Wheels, rear defuser, replaced manual shifter and grill. Thinking about the door blades and side skirts now. Possible headlights and interior.

Why would you prefer the 1.8t my car is the 1.8 engine but i think the 2.0 is faster

The 2.0 is faster but the 1.8 is easier to work on and arguably more reliable. I’m a fan of the 1.8t and 2.0t for sure but the 2.7 is what I’d reallly want

what brand are the wind deflectors and do they work?

Weather tech brand. And yea they do a good job. Nice to leave windows cracked in the summer to keep heat out. Also great cruising cracked windows with sunroof open, don’t get a bunch of wind inside the car.

how much did it cost to get your car repainted?

It was just the front bumper that got repainted, costed about $800

on my third audi now and the one i wanna keep, (buy and sell from copart) 2008 audi a4 s line. got lucky and it has expensive coilovers on it. but now im wanting to update exterior first. what skirt extensions and lip are you running? my neighbor has a built rs4 so i have to make mine look decent :]

Side skirts and front lip are from the same company Maxton Designs. At the moment they are hard to get a hold of because of the supply chain as they are an UK company. Hop online at get an order set asap before the next shipment comes over! Maxton has a USA website which is where I’d order from if I were you.

The Quattro part on the grill is $15 on ebay and I just zip tied it on as there are no mounting points. Heat shield is from ebay as well, look up "b7 a4 custom heat shield" costs roughly $75

Hmm, question. I’m curious what makes you prefer the 1.8 over the 2L

It's a more reliable platform to work with and a whole lot easier to work on compared to the 2.0, but thats me trying to learn more about working on cars. I still like the 2.0 it's just there's mantiance on these motors that would be a whole lot easier on the 1.8.
