I wonder if embracing this fad will result in the same apathy you have for your own NRC app. It appears to be a regular occurrence for Nike to jump on a bandwagon to only abandon its customers when the fad dies out. For example using NRC and achieving black or even volt does nothing in terms of loyalty rewards or anything meaningful. Clearly people who run thousands upon thousands of kilometers must go thru a lot of shoes and clothes. Your app crashes and has glitches constantly. I walked away and have turned to other companies like NB because it is clear Nike does not care about its customers. I hope you guys learn to treat them and these new endeavors with respect.
