WELCOME TO RECULVER
Reculver is a very unique place to visit. It is on the north Kent coast with Margate to the east and Herne Bay to the west. The ruins of St.Mary's Church are fun to explore before grabbing a coffee and lunch at HatHats cafe or The King Ethelbert Inn. Have a brilliant day :)

Great video. Love churches and grave stones. They tell of those people who made their communities great.

Yes it is a fascinating view into our history and past. I love to wander around a churchyard and also ruined buildings!
I discovered Reculver in 1987. I was touring the UK using Roman ruins as an itinerary. It's nice to see Reculver has become more of a destination site. I was there on a July afternoon in 1987 and I had ruins all to myself. I had no idea of the reputation of the ruins prior to visiting them, but I came away with the impression that the place had issues.
Lovely scenery, lovely smile, your enthusiasm is infectious. Keep up the good work.
Love, the Chocolate Drop earrings. 😃😃

Great video as ever. Love the blue football in the rocks, a telling off and tears for some unfortunate children, me thinks.

Ha ha yes poor kid. Or maybe they will come back and collect it at low tide?
Loved your video... love the history of the North Kent coast and I didn't know that the Romans set a precedent for cake and coffee! Great! Thanks for the info Hannah. I love your work ❤👍
What a fantastic setting for a church and in it's day it must have been a stunning and imposing sight. We are blessed with many ruins of old castles, churches and monastery's in the North of England and I love exploring them all, cheers Alan

The Wild Native Had a pick up come after we ate, Got late enough for us to call it a day as we wasn’t too keen on staying out in the dark. Can’t wait to get back onto it with them however, it’s definitely a great coastline to walk along 😀
