Dear Hana, thank you from the deepest of my heart for this video. Tears are falling down while I'm writing this. Last year was my burnout year, I have been on sick leave from work for six months. This was definitely the most difficult time of my life, I can still feel the pain, overwhelm, confusion and shame. I'm still recovering, and as a fellow neurodivergent (I have ADHD), I want to tell you you are not alone. I wish you, myself and all the others on this journey, more compassion towards ourselves, and a smooth healing path according to our terms and time. Much love to you, stay well. Giulia 💚🌿

Thank you for this video, it's only recently I've started to realize I'm autistic and even then it feels like I'm stealing the word away somehow, despite the fact that the more research I do the more it resonates. I think a thing with late diagnosis individuals (counting myself) is that it is so hard to build yourself a little fortress of tools and coping skills to live your life to come to terms with your neurodiversity when a majority of resources seem to be aimed at very young children or parents of children. I'm working through Unmasking Autism but it's honestly such a struggle if only because it resonates so deeply. All this to say, hope you're staying well and taking care of yourself as best you can 🖤

The artist's heart... we are clams - all heart and no brains. Oh thats freaking crazy.... i was JUST singing that hymn about 80% of the way thru your video.. as I packed up from doing laundry. I havent sung it in decades. Now its playing at end of this video.. .the chances of that are phenomenal. Im buying a lottery ticket! I do this. If something irks me, or wants to make me sad, I think of the very worst thing that could happen to me today. Then, I compare the 2 situations.. and move on. Dont allow anyone to steal your joy.

Do take life slowly and gently and keep your connection to nature and art. The clouds will lift but don’t forget that medical intervention may be needed too. Sending gentle virtual hugs from the highlands x

Much love from Canada, thank you for sharing... your Truth is the Truth of so many. As individual as it is, to relate is to see yourself reflected back. This is a beautiful video, I love the way you edited it and interjected the "voicemail" "letter" type of monologues.

I hope you soon find peace and the strength to get everything back on track soon Hanna. People with sweet souls are often fragile but also have a well of hidden inner strength, yours it seems, started to run dry but I know from experience that it can be replenished given time. Be kind to yourself and live intuitively when you can. Sending a bid hug to you 💛💐

Hug Back! What a creative way to express yourself in this video. I love the red gnome hat and your words to help yourself and others through a door that you opened and went through. You are brave and loved! The winter season with its gray days and cold keeps one inside and resting more. Rest is good. WE think during this stage of dormant but just like those early bloomers of snow drops a NEW change will come. You are right it takes time and steps no matter how big or small those steps are you just move forward. Looking forward to your ways of seeing foraging in the gardens as you get back to expressing them again.

In hard times like this, I've learned that I can do something to get out of these bad feelings.. The first thing is to Deep clean my house, change colors and the distribution of furniture, to lighten up by adding more light, adding paintings, picking up flowers, buying Books, and get religious.. All of this can attract a great deal of positive energy, so that bad one have no place left.. Also creating art and filming and studying and writing everyday is also important, all we have to do is to pick up the pen and never forget.. also eating delicious food and caring for our beauty is wonderful.. you'll get back to the queen you are meant to be ❤

Wow 🎉 So much of what you have said I can relate to ❤ I lived in York for years trying to make a career as a freelance costume designer which resulted in bouncing from job to job with no stable home or life. Then I was diagnosed at 31 with ADHD and my entire life seemed like it wasn’t real. I didn’t know myself or why I was doing what I was doing. Now I’m starting all over again. So thank you for this video and your encouragement that it’s good to seek help within community. I’ll always continue to watch your videos and support you🎉 all the best xx
