Welcome to our world: wreck diving without air
This is one my favourite dive sites yet, the USAT Liberty in Bali. Freediving here is amazing. Great visibility and it is a shore dive so no need to hire a boat. The wreck is massive so there is loads to explore, plenty of good swim throughs and loads of life. We even found a turtle hanging about and a few sharks. There were quite a few freedivers as well as divers on the site that day but it is big enough to share.

Good work! Always a challenge to film wrecks on a single breath, and more of a challenge to make it look interesting!

How deep is the top of the wreck? About 15m?

It varies with where you are, it is as low as 10m and as deep as 50m I believe
How long can you hold your breath underwater?

At the moment, not very long. Maybe 1-1.5 minutes? Before, it was 3 minutes but I haven't been training since I live in a landlocked country and COVID doesn't allow us to travel so wehaven't had many chances to freedive.
