Any of the moss that runs off the roof does it get onto the house at all? How would you go about getting rid of that?

What solution do you use and yes what psi?

Did you raise your surface cleaner up were the arm doesn't hit the tiles?

Just curious, I looked at your channel and you know how to softwash. Why did you choose to go with surface cleaning this roof? Manufacturing warranty says softwashing is the only approved method of cleaning, any other method will void the homeowners warranty.

Actually If you look up the manufacturer's description of a proper cleaning it says no bleach cleaning. So soft washing is not recommended per per manufacturer's warranty!

@@stwanspressurewashing2282 “algae resistance” roof warranty will be voided if soft washed in the first 10-15 years because of course it will strip their coating.(also wouldn’t need to be cleaned either). The #1 & #2 tile manufacturers in the US void warranties for pressure use. #3&4 void warranty for pressure use above 1200psi.

Ya come to Florida and tell Florida that. 10 to 15 years... hahaha a new tile roof here in Florida will be dirty after 2-3 years. I think you may be talking out your ass. I apply water repellent to customers roofs as a added package that last 5 max here in Florida. I apply less then 1100 psi on the tile anyway and I can show you tile manufacturing video that show them cleaning it with a surface cleaning tool.... this is my 14 year in this business. How long have you been regurgitating info you found in soft wash groups. You do realize your completely wrong and if not then good day to you sir.
