    the roof being black from mould would also make the house hotter,most likely use more power for aircon,apart from that what is that structure covering the pool,i dont think i seen anything like that here in australia,looks pretty good

    Great job. I hear alot of horror stories about walkn on these style roofs is there a certain way u walk on clay tile (barrel tile) roofs. This roof does not look like the over lapping style

    Great job. You have to be light in weight to walk on those tile roofs. I have plenty of experience walking on those and it’s an art to walk all over them. Those tiles dissipate the heat and won’t let most of the heat get to the inner roof. I love pressure washing, I do a lot myself.

    Hi, great video... got question... im having problems to find "straight handle" one... is it a must , for roof or i will be able to do with ordinary be 16" with "curved" handles? Im in croatia, so i order most stuff from uk ebay, a there is none with straight handles... best regards

    I does make it a lot easier but the curved ones work. Just a bit harder and hurts the wrist a bit more to. Mines a general Pump 18in hammer head

    I use the small 14 inch with the wand it's 3500 psi it gets done quicker because it's lighter for me Never using soft wash chemical again.

    What psi is on your surface cleaner? How do you lower psi ? Unfortunately I have a Ryobi 3000 2.3gpm and would like to know how I can lower my psi so I can attach my surface cleaner on it and make my roof washers much easier like your video! I currently use the carwash nozzle to clean tile roofs

    Mainly the hub is raised to prevent the bar from hitting and increases the distance to the tile. And on some roofs I change the tips

    Do you do anything for the tile lip ? I surface clean roofs as well just asking only once I the last few years with a white tile roof I had to due to the color difference

    Is every other tile dark or does it collect the dirt water and then you hose it off? Also do you carry insurance in case you cause any damage to what you work on?

    Thanks for the good question. The black spots you see is part of the over look of the roof its layed randomly so when one is far away it blends together makeing a darker tone to the brown. Unless you picked out your tile roof tiles you may never know its there. And Yes we carry full coverage insurance. Thank you for watching.

    i was always told that you cant walk on the tile! but i keep seeing videos such as yours with people walking on them so my question to you is. Is there a certain way you have to walk across the tile? or is it a weight limit? cause im slowly getting into roofs and i'm 260 lbs and don't wanna cause any damage

    ive worked with guys in your weight class. while that is a concern for the most part.it can be done. just be careful where u step. cracked tiles and ,over hanging tiles( meaning the first row) are a big no no.

    Its called a " Surface Cleaner ".. and they come in many sizes starting with 14" up. Very powerful machine and fast.

    Facts ty mine is 18 in... Im stuck with her we are inseparable after like 8 years with that same cleaner we work good together. I can use a 20 in up there but to be honest it slows me down. Others prefer bigger and Others don't use one at all. Two each his own. Im I. Over my head to change up now. And thanks for the comment.

    No the sun here in Florida and the algae and mold that sits up there for years does. I kill the mold and rince it off and offer a protective agent to apply after. Up to the customers to protect there investment. Other then that I'm just there to clean and move on.

    Both it dropends on the roof and conditions i just take the jobs that I can clean this way lol jk But after 20k hours of surface cleaning i stick to what I'm most experienced in. Thanks. Shingle and other jobs yes I softwash.
