Precious Price is a real estate entrepreneur in Atlanta, GA, and the creator of the #GOINGTINY docu-series-a 3-part video series that outlines her process of designing, building, and renting a shed-turned-tiny home in the backyard of her south Atlanta property. After much success building a hefty portfolio of short-term rentals in the city of Atlanta and even creating the #AirbnbMoney platform, she's switched gears to build her company, Gather ADU. Gather is an interactive planning and management dashboard for homeowners wanting to get started with small-scale development, such as tiny homes and accessory dwelling units, in an effort to create more housing in their neighborhood. Precious is also a licensed real estate agent in Georgia!

Thank you so much!
Congratulations on your success. I'm taking my final exam through Kaplan as well this Saturday and was wondering if you can give me any tips. I've been studying by taking the Q Bank quizzes but I don't think I'm going to see those questions on the exam.

Thank you so much! What worked extremely well for me was flashcards. And I did all of mine the week of my exam. You want to take all of the info from the course and break it down into 7-10 large topics, from there take major concepts, vocab, or even equations and place those on the flashcards. When reviewing, make sure your mind knows what topic it ties to and of course the actual definition or meaning. Doing that all day helped me a ton, though flashcards have always been the best way for me to learn any subject.
