The penthouse is where the surgeons go after hours!

This entire promo is total hogwash. I live right down the street from Barnes, & I often go 15 miles away to avoid them. The waiting room is a jungle- - but, at least there's room to move around in a jungle. Wait times of 7- 8 hours are typical. The M.D.s are rude, judgmental, & full of themselves, because they work at the " smart docs " hospital. The attending docs let inexperienced residents & medical students make decisions & perform procedures they have NO BUSINESS doing. They let a med student operate on my arm last week , & she botched the procedure so badly, I had to have it repeated, at a different facility the very next day. Don't believe the above infomercial, wherein they pat themselves on their collective backs. Even if they DID treat patients like human beings- - which they don't- - that's not "exceptional care". It's plain decency.
