Yeah outpatient can be rough. Particularly primary care
How...I am blown away that you are able to sit down and read things lol... "Look at that...I got an admission..." I felt that comment as a nurse in a nursing home lol

How long and how many data does a hospitalizar Work?
Is it worth it to go to Carribean medical school? I am a Canadian and it’s nearly impossible to get into Canada unless you have perfect stats

If being a doctor is a goal for you then yes. It'll be harder and would def ask the experiences of those who have gone or are there now. You want to make sure your chances of match into a residency you prefer is great
do you have to specialize in any internal medicine specialty, to become a hospitalist?

Nope , can do it straight out of residency. In pediatrics it's different where there actually is a fellowship
How many patients were you seeing per day as a hospitalist?

15-18 on average
Looks like a very busy hospitalist job. Hope you are making 350k otherwise not worth. Do a fellowship in cardiology, you will make 600k. I think your stress level at job is more than an interventional cardiologist.
