@@blackfoot2529 Everytime I hear an 808, I think of how original it isn't. Hiphop isn't mainstay, it's just everywhere you are. I haven't listened to it in years, almost 20 years at this point. KRS-ONE Life was the last album I purchased.

Ironically, it was just about 1920 (1918), when there was another pandemic. The only difference was in 1918, all (if not most), Americans did their best to survive it. Today, we have the despicable Trump cult that doesn't have the slightest concern for safety, let alone their lives and the lives of fellow Americans. Of course, it was inevitable, given the fact that Republicans have slowly and deviously, sought to destroy America with their evil efforts to defund all government protective measures put in place to uphold and preserve not only our nation's health but the health of the world. The silver lining is this pandemic shall expose the ignorance and/or evil of the Republican party thus ushering in a new era of health & prosperity as we all ban together to abolish that wickedly, deceitful and destructive party once and for all!

Swing came back in the 90s too, but it's mainly associated with the 1920s, hence the 'screaming 20s' revival
