This would have been the perfect opportunity for Lan Wangji to tell him that his son was still alive.

He had more trouble believing it was all Meng Yao's doing, he cared about him so much (like a brother, or something else if people shipped them) that he was blinded by it. I noticed a similarity between the Lan brothers in how they want to protect, support and defend those they care about. The difference between Wei Ying and Meng Yao is that Wei Ying was always a good person and him losing control was because he saw his sister die. Meng Yao was cruel and cunning since he was a teen and planned to kill people. YanLi didn't deserve to die. And Wei Ying was only defensing himself.

​@@twinflames8600 Yes, forgot to add the he lost control emotionally. I know he was set up, which was such a messed up thing. He hated himself for YanLi and Jin JuXuan's death. Jiang Cheng hated him. 90% of the cultivation clans hated and envied him. It's a wonder his soul didn't shatter after all that tragedy.

No es que no quisieran hacer explícito el amor entre WWX y LZ. No pudieron hacerlo por la censura que hay en China. La condición para que se pudiera hacer la serie era que fuera un "bromance" en lugar de una historia de amor romántico. No es que los fans estén imaginando una historia de amor de la nada, entre dos personajes que nada que ver.. La historia de WWX y LZ es absolutamente explícita en el libro. Ellos se aman. Igual personalmente creo que a pesar de las odiosas limitaciones, todos hicieron un trabajo increíble en la serie. El director hizo lo posible por dejar múltiples pistas sobre la verdadera naturaleza de su relación; y los actores estuvieron maravillosos en su interpretación. Creo que lo que no pudieron decir con palabras lo expresaron hermosamente con los ojos. Esas miradas son maravillosas! de puro amor 💕💕💕🌈👬🐇 Ah, y el final de la serie no es lo que parece, hay que prestar atención 👀.. Repito, el director hizo todo lo posible 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈
