The eariler animated spots may have been commercial work by Paramount. Famous Studios is reported of doing commercial work in this time period but this may have been by another small studio like Bill Sturms studio

It wouldn't surprise me if Famous worked on this (they did a few odd jobs like TV ads at one point I believe).
