I’ve been using it when my opponent is camping the ledge and I’m out of recovery options. It’s funny to just jump out and fly past them.

nice video bro. You can do jump + neutral attack after the up special, and also hit the chase if the knife is on the opponent and do up special + up attack. it's true in some cases. up dodge + side atack work to after the up special

I think that might be because I have the enemy color set to blue. Oversight on my part lol. As long as you see the smoke you should be fine.

@@prestonriegel4607 I do it against other characters so idk. There are other routes you can go to end up at jab dair as well. Each character is different. You could be too far away, your timing could be off, percent could be too low, or maybe you need to try the face steal route. (I recommend that’s what you do)

Press jump, the attack button, and the dair direction all at the same time. Do this before the animation for forward attack ends so it buffers and comes out immediately. DI means directional input. Basically how your opponent and you influence yourselves in the air. If you hold a direction when you’re getting hit or while you’re in hitting someone you will move in that direction.

Every time i try to do the up slash into down sword the upslash always puts my opponent above from me any tips?

It depends on how your opponent DI’s. However if they are above you, you want to jump then dair.

No, they are just DI and character dependent. Each combo works in a different situation.

I personally use Trophy snowball effect (or protective momentum if I'm fighting a spammer) 2 fast 2 block Pugilist but I only play 1v1 and I haven't tested every perk.

@@tradewjeo I’ve never really been a fan of platform fighters I just keep playing them because I’m insane. Also they way the nerfed Arya into the ground then gave her a shovel and told her to dig deeper. While so many other characters had infinites and 0 to deaths. On top of that losing in this game feels horrible. It feels like the games fault rather than mine, even if you want to argue it is my fault (which in some cases it is, I’m no pro) there are a lot of times where it’s just a poor balancing issue. And it sucks to experience.

Finally another Arya main who agrees that she’s so bad. Every combo damn near drops. Her hitboxes are so small. Meanwhile, Harley can juggle you for days. It’s sad we have to find exploits to make her viable and it’s probably harder than it looks to execute during an actual game
