im not a huge beer fan BUT Weihenstephaner is super good i cant stop drinking

Super glad to see your palate evolve!! I totally agree with your 10 out of 10 score. You scored it 8 out of 10 seven years ago. I’ve also noticed the older I get, the more I appreciate the Lagers/Pilsner a lot more. Especially in the German variety. GREAT review! I’m enjoying one right now here in the states. Cheers.

Hi Simon, I've been watching for a long time. Tip about the camera. Why don't you try something like a Lumix G70, or its successor. You can get the G70 second-hand in a good set with a standard lens, it has a rotatable display! 4K and is far better for indoor shots than the GoPro. GoPro is an outdoor camera and is intentionally dark indoors, as the aperture is designed to automatically darken bright outdoor light.

I typed the name of this beer into google and your older review of it from October 2016 came up in which you gave it an 8 out of 10. You must appreciate it more now to give it a 10.

Love all the Weihenstephaner's I've tried. Cracking brewery. Wish I could get hold of a Vitus to try! Being around since 1040 aint 1063 years Si, its 983! Maths has never been your thirty. I mean forte! 😁

Good to see the old format back. Ever tried a standard video camera? When it's viewed on here it doesn't make any difference, I find, whether it's 1k, 2k, 4k, or whatever. It's like when I produced articles for a website, people said get a ***** camera with 20+megapixels, but the photo format for articles was around 300-400 pixel width at 72 pixels per inch. One of the earliest digitals would have sufficed. Horses for courses. Nice video though. Loving German beers even more now, but a favourite is still Tsingtao that you reviewed once.

Hiya Simon, some year's ago I went into a Weihenstephan Bar in Landshut, Bavaria and asked for one of their best Biers and the Barman slapped a Beermat (Bierdeckle) on the Bar and said "look at it " they had won five gold medals in a Bier world cup in Australia, so after the embarrassment I drank their full selection!. 😂😂

If you see the name weihenstephaner in any beer form in your local supermarket avoid all others and just BUY it.

I’m going to sound contrarian but German pils does not excite me bocks, festbier,helles, dunkels, bocks, gose, alt, kölsch, Berliner weisse, schwarzbier and rauch bier even dortmunder export excite me. But at the end of the week make mine Sullivans red.

5.3K? Pretty sure no one has a monitor too see it at 5.3k. Plus none of your videos have been in 60 fps which isn't a bad thing for some it gives them a headache.
