    Seriously before you were around 83 kg. But you don’t look like that. I thot before you were between 65 to 69. After weight loss you look 56 to 60kg.. All the best keep going. Few months ago I also joined this kind of weight loss program. I lost 4 kgs after 2 months due to work pressure I was not able to follow diet and exercise regularly. I gained weight again. Now I understood weight loss is not a short time goal. It should be a life style habit. So I started following the exercise and diet regularly as much possible 😊

So ungha veetu lifestyle with combination of healthy choices give the estimate. It can't be told separately. That's why she replied that way I think. Begin with healthy home food and add extra protein and fruits & veggies to diet. Reduce carbs intake and eat when you feel hungry. Go for walking or do strength training.
