long time no see y'all. My phone broke so half my screen is black (which means I cannot see the keyboard) but here I am struggling to type this. This time I didn't forget the shoutouts, but my mini shoutout video got deleted along with the rest of my whole photo album by accident so until I get my phone fixed, I'll be creating a new shoutout vid. I honestly feel like a liar cuz I say I'll be posting shoutouts but now I 100% can't because my phone is broken 🙃 💖

    I love how all these people are promoting self love by taking care of their bodies and also promoting body positivity by not showing off completely unrealistically skinny bodies! Not that skinny bodies aren’t gorgeous, too.

    You can choose to develop yourself.. but analyse what motivates you.. it's not body positivity when do it from a place of hate.. you are not supposed to hate your body to work on it.. Ask yourself if you'd really want this or is if u are doing it to please others or fit into society's prospective of a "Glow Up".. real glow up should be mentally and not necessarily physically

    @@Lucia_queens I think it can be both. glowing up can be both mentally and physically. Some people in this video stated they was overweight. Being overweight or underweight isnt healthy. They saw something they didn't like and changed it to help better themselves. Also they looked happier. This is a real glow up

    ​@@milkisreallygood8957 I think that lucy is the only one correct here. Body positivity and weight loss cannot stem from body negativity. If someone says "hey fatty lose some weight" to me that wouldn't make me lose weight, it will push me into eating disorders. If someone said to me "keep fighting to get your body and mentality to a nice positive state, I believe in you!" and said more encouraging things to me then eventually I would get my ass up every day and work hard. Some people don't realize it but the words you say can really determine what one does to themselves. You could bully someone really hardly and they could end up hanging themselves or something for example.

    @@brycechryson5686 I think that you should not hate your body, but you also should recognize that it isn't a healthy body like "hey man I don't HATE myself or my body, but I do understand that I have an unhealthy lifestyle". And that along with positive motivation and intel from others around you might can push you into a smooth weight loss journey. In short, I think that there is zero, zilch, cero hatred that plays a role in weight loss.

    yeah throughout most of the quarantine It was just me myself and I so I faced so much pain and loneliness then started to hate myself to pieces but now I'm learning on how to self reflect and love myself (bts played a big part in that borahae)

    I remember starting my own transformation about a year ago. I bought a diet plan from Dietarizzee and started doing some exercises at home. My brother was making fun of me, thinking I will give up. But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it. I lost 60lbs thanks to my diet and dedication and I'm feeling a lot happier now. I can finally tie my shoelaces without holding my breath 😀

    I gained 10 lbs ( 4.5 kilos ) ( I'm technically not overweight) but still. Although tbf it's cause I decided to give my body food and actually eat because I was heading down a dangerous road hahaha but I still wanna be skinny.

    @@livibng6887 bad cause I slipped while exercising. I had lisfranc( midfoot) injury and my bone broke. So I’m using crutches for 4 months.💀💀💀

    hey hey, don't say that. Quarantine for some was an awesome time to relax, while for some, including me and you, it was an awful, anxiety-inducing time. We all deal with hardship differently, don't beat yourself up about it. I gained weight in quarantine, but afterwards is when I started to actually exercise and lose weight.

    I used to be really fat. I was on the verge of developing serious health conditions. I remember not being able to tie my shoelaces and my sleep suffered as well. My life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide so. I took a meal plan to start with. I created it online, on Dietarize, which was super helpful to me. I didn't have to worry about calories, macros, nutrients and all that stuff, I just focused on walking long distances and exercising after I got on a level where I could do some simple workouts. I hope my story will inspire you to do the same. To change your body you must first change your mind!

    I’ve been going to the gym for a month and a half 3-5 times a week. More recently 4-5 times a week focusing on weight lifting and cardio. I’m hoping I’ll see some major changes by my birthday in June! Let’s help keep eachother motivated guys!

    Same. But you know, the keto diet really works if that's something that interests you. I eat mainly veggies and meat, but I don't stick to it like glue. I still eat bread and make desserts sometimes, but I have actually lost 26 pounds in the last 3 or 4 months.

    I get depressed too. I honestly recommend looking up motivational videos and exercises you could maybe do at home that fit your body. also walking, if you have anywhere near your home where you could go for walks that honestly helps a lot 🧡 I know you can do it

    Girl please keep in mind that u don't need nobody . Just watch some motivational videos quotes. I went through my journey alone ( self love and acceptance) nobody was there in fact they were all laughing at me but i told my self that i got my own back . And here i am now happy with my life pleaaase know that u are all what u need and if u want to have support please tell me and we can chat . So we go through this together. Lots of love

    Went from 148 to 139 lbs. My goal is 135. Getting really close. If you put your mind to it, you can do it. Update 2022/12/17 I am now 121 lbs! It is possible, folks!

    REMINDER⚠️ Exercise, staying fit and living healthy should be a lifestyle! No need to rush (seeing results in 1week/1month or something that is considered fast), instead, think of it as your lifestyle! Not just an immediate glow up then going back to your previous lifestyle. Y'all also need to enjoy the process and not feel forced to see results/changes like others or what they tell you. We're all unique and different from one another. One's progress won't be the same as you. But keep in mind that as long as you don't do something and set your mind to it, nothing will happen! Y'all got this, take your time losing that weight, you got your whole life ahead of you to make things right! No pain, no gain. ❤️❤️

    It's almost impossible when your own mom desmotivate you when you try to do exercise at home with no help of others and no friends, while at the same time they are always trying to low my selfsteem... I try to be strong..

But despite the slow process, I don't want to give up, I know I can do it by loving myself more everyday, quitting from social medias, as instagram that are meaningless and toxic, and trying to gain more confidence on myself.     I’ve been an average weight most of my life, but in January 2020 I went through some pretty rough stuff and then quarantine hit and I’ve ended up putting on about 80lbs. I’ve felt so ashamed of my body, but watching this has made me feel so inspired. I’m going to work my ass off (hopefully literally!) and I’m going to get back to being happy and healthy. For anyone on their own health/fitness journey I wish you all the best and I know you will crush it!

    @Your Homework I am currently in that situation, but remember it's ok to miss a day or two, just focus on your mental health first and don't feel guilty about it. I stopped doing my routine for a whole month but eventually continued so it'll be ok :) you can do it

    Yall... Im in the middle of doing this.... The hardest part is LITERALLY getting up. Its been 7 weeks and Iv lost 31lbs. Im not going to lie. Working out hurts. Your body screams at you and you feel like youre going to die. But i tell you what.... When youre done your work out and youre standing there out of breath bent over with sweat dripping down your nose, theres a sense of accomplishment that cant be explained.... So with that said.... IM OFF TO THE GYM!!!!!!

    @@holinutrish Diet plays a huge role in losing weight. Diet and exercise combined will give you good results. Also the more weight you have the more you’ll drop in shorter amount of time. At least that’s what I’ve read. The less body fat you have the more time it takes to lose it

    I started quarantine at 189 pounds and now I’m down to 145. I’ve never felt better in my entire life and my confidence has never been better. I always thought I was just a bigger girl and that I’d always be that way. Now, I feel in control. For all of you struggling to lose weight right now, keep going.     Focus on Weight training more than cardio! And it depends on how much fat a person loses, the more it is , the more likely they would develop lose skin but every body is different! Good luck

    I’m the same! I get told I’m overweight based off of age alone as doctors who don’t see me in person just judge my weight off of me being 13, tho I stand at 5’6, I’m average weight for someone at that height but I’m slightly above average for 13. I’m glad I’m not alone in my journey of losing weight and the video gave me inspiration!

    My ex and I were physically opposites. He was short and underweight while I was tall and overweight. (I was 175 lbs at 5”6’ while he was 5”4’ at ~120 pounds) The entire relationship I felt uncomfortable in juxtaposition to him because it made me feel bigger than I was. Not saying this is the primary reason I’m losing weight but it is a motivator to lose 50 pounds and rub it in his face. :)

    That was me with my husband when we were dating: me at 5’5 & 150+ lbs while he was at 5’3 & 130. The slight height difference was not helpful either. But 2 yrs into our marriage & suffering a miscarriage (it would have been our second baby since we have a little girl) I found motivation to lose weight. I got down to 129 lbs before starting strength training. That brought me up to 135. Then I miscarried again but got pregnant a fourth time. Today I’m trying to lose that baby weight but although I’m at 140, my waist is still smaller that when I first started. I do have to say that that my husband has always loved me regardless of what the weight & measurements are! He has always cared for my heart ❤️

    Because of the Quarantine i gained weight and realizing that if I don't start now I will end up being obese so I decided to excercise now so from 90 down to 79 😊❤ and I need to loose more!

    this school year has been the shittiest school year ever not only did i get mentally exhausted from school work ive starting eating more to help with stress i havent been doing any exercise at all this year ugh i need to start over as school as school ends i swear.

    Same, even her first body is very unreachable to me :< But on the other hand, she just wanted to lose weight and she did it, good for her :')
