    green leafy veggies don't have soluble fiber!! Also , gut issues vary from gas and bloating to acidity and constipation. Not all foods are compatible in all different Gut issues. .. thus the options mentioned might not suit generically across these different gut issues. Also eating dishes like egg curry for dinner will backfire for people with gut issues

    Thanks for posting, i have been facing gut issues since more than year after being with Typhoid 4times back to back,since me & my body turned completely into very very bad stage, tried so many stuff nothing worked, has been long time i actually ate atleast a single proper meal , unable to eat anything honestly sometimes water too, became so so so weak sometimes even unable to a move pinky finger too and also facing so many health issues / complications too but also increasing weight so fast even breathing air also.     Mam I’m avoiding my dinner .. and one more thing I can’t stop take tea I have headache if I haven’t take..?     Ladkiyon thoda easy hota hai. Ladkon ko bodybuilding me kaafi zyada protein lean padta hai and seems like nothing helps much. My best bet I have felt so far is stick to one routine everyday.

    I think melon is better than watermelon for digestion.. watermelon is not recommended in IBS
