Few Select wegmans stores have self checkouts. They work well.

Wow, it looks like they improved the interface. On the one I used in NJ today, there was a very unclear prompt after you hit "finish and pay." You needed to click "no shopper's club card," but the button was quite small and looked exactly like all the other ones, so it was easy to miss for a few seconds.

The wegmans near me replaced the their cash accepting self checkout with ones that don't have a bill accepter. Strangely, I'm in Massachusetts where retailers are required by law to accept cash.
