Most moms live in Shame and I’m sure ALOT of us want to KZread our lives w our kids without being judged because we are mothers. But I’m also a mom of three boys. An I must say that everything in my life “changed”when I was about to turn 25 and after. I had the biggest spiritual peak of my life. I no longer saw life the same. My mindset shifted. An things just started happening w no hint. A lot of ppl I know went through a lot of changes at the age 25. Mentally spirituality and emotionally. I want to encourage you. You got this ! And you are not alone. The unknown can sometimes lead to a fearful mind but do not fear what you can’t see. Just let it flow and let go of any outcome I’m hoping the best for you. I agree. The room is kind of bare, excluding the larger furniture, so it probably makes the bed frame feel overwhelming even though it's beautiful. An interior designer would definitely be able to provide balance. 😊

Hi Kenna I’m proud of you for being on your health journey to take care of your body and it’s great that you are taking baby steps because you’ll make it a lifestyle and won’t fall off easily!! When it comes to eating healthier keep it simple, you don’t have to eat salads everyday for example when eating rice and chicken just keep the portion smaller than your normal portions and that’s all you have to do! Eating more fruits and veggies that are tasty to you and less junk food throughout the day and by the time you know it, you are hitting your goals!!! You got this mama 💕

This time of year we always clean the kitchen and bathrooms with lemongrass oil for the gnats. I keep a spray bottle with 1/2 water and 1/2 rubbing alcohol. I add 10 drops of lemongrass oil and 10 drops of peppermint to that. If nothing else, I clean the sinks and counters with it. It works well for us when they start popping up.

Use the Lysol concentrate for the Gnats. Run hot water in the sinks then take a towel and wipe the inside of the garbage disposal drain with the concentrate. Pour a little more in and keep them covered when not using them. You can also pour some in the toilet bowl water if you see some in your bathroom.

Kenna just buy bananas, peel them, place them in a freezer Ziploc bag, freeze them. Now you have bananas for your smoothie, bananas are usually pretty cheap anyways, no need to buy ones already frozen. Then you can control how ripe it is when you freeze it. 🤍

Coffee grounds will keep female gnats from laying eggs in your plants, my grandma would sprinkle them on the soil.

McKenna get a set of bells and hang them by the door! Every time you take the dog out use the same command that you choose for going out and ring the bells! It took my puppy two weeks and she was trained! The dog will learn to ring the bells when it has to go out! Make sure you are training every two hours! Good luck!
