I think getting the boys like a cute little backpack (not like a full sized school one) for when y’all go places and they can carry them. That way if you want to only carry your stuff in a small bag you can! It might also make them feel like they have more independence too because they can get whatever they want like a juice or snack themselves :)!

Hey girl! It you are worried about Mello, you should ask your doctor to do an ages and stages assessment on him. You can also look into early intervention in Texas. I live in another state, early intervention for children in my state ends at 3 . Definitely start the process sooner rather than later, sometimes going through the early intervention process of getting your child evaluated then having the agency help you with the next steps can take a while. It’s nothing to be ashamed of either. Most likely he needs a speech therapist that can help him with his speech.

Hey girl, I have a family of five also and what I found that makes life 10x easier with laundry is every on gets a day and it doesn't feel like your spending hours and hours on laundry its literally 20 to 30 mins a day on each person ( well the sorting and putting away time) I take the basket in that persons room and fold and put it away while I'm in there and bomb I'm done I use to do the same thing and do everyone laundry in one day and I would never put the clothes away and it was driving me crazy. Try it. It will change your life i promise.

I am 7 years into my second marriage. It is all work and both of us had to learn how to communicate. It takes consistent practice; sometimes you will get it right and sometimes you won't but just as long as you both choose to continue to work on improving your communication it will get better.
