I think just having a better diet and habits would go a long way. That’s coming from a mom of 2. I never thought my body would look as good as it does today and I would say mckennas body is my ideal body because of her hips/butt. However, I am very happy that I can accentuate my favorite parts of my body and maintain my physique through habits and a balanced lifestyle. I hope she finds balance too and therefore can become content with herself. She is also very young and I just turned 28… I would say to give it a few more years. My mindset has come a long way and I love myself for me. The years really do make a difference… be easy on yourself and just live.🤍

I’m so glad you touched on the braids thing 😭 They will always be a protective style in my book. I think the issue is that sometimes people get braids and forget their natural hair period. Like you still have to wear a covering or silk pillowcase at night, moisturize your scalp, etc. That’s why I love when you show your routine when you have braids. You’ve put me on to a couple products too 🤎

Hey ! Being a mom does not mean dressing like a old lady . You’re young and beautiful hun … Live your life ❤

Use a tablespoon of sugar for flowers too. It acts as flower food. Do it every two days with fresh water.
