I really think you should do a cooking series because your food looks so good all the time. I can even see you doing of series of cooking foods you’ve never made before and experimenting. It’s a space that would seem so natural to your brand while also setting you apart from your peers. Who knows you may start a cookware line and a cook book one day 💕🌸

I’m a tennis girl too! I love that there’s more black women showing an interest on the courts. I took a pickleball lesson last night and I think I’ll do that for fun. It’s good for a light hearted workout and easier to volley bc the court is smaller

I’m a diffuser girlie too. It’s the best way to scent your home even when you step out. I swear by Vitruvi diffusers. I have a big one in my kitchen/living room space and 2 smaller ones for guest bathroom and my bedroom.

I find that staying up on vacuuming, opening your windows when it's not humid and using a high quality air purifier (conway) the air in your home smells like fresh air almost no scent at all. I've steered away from plug ins and candles too even though I do like them! Your videos haven't hit.my feed in a while and this one did😊 nice video😊

Diffusers are really great. I love using them🩷. I also recommend wiping down your fabric pieces of furniture like your sofa and accent chairs with appropriate disinfectants that have really nice scent to them. Obviously be careful with special fabrics. I use warm water and Pinesol with a cloth and gently wipe down my sofa. They trap in bodily scents and food scent from cooking and it honestly helps. I do it every week or two weeks.

I prefer diffusers too. With candles I have to keep an eye out, as I’m scared if I fall asleep or go into the next room I’ll forget about them. I personally like Ecoya diffusers. Lovely packaging, strong scents and plus soy wax.

Nice to see you! No plug ins for me, I worry about fire risk. Have seen them in homes where they put a cinge mark on the wall. Candles and the soy are too strong. I use essential oils and put drops on my toilet tissue roll and drops in the trash cans. The scent lasts sooo long. Diffuser is ok also. Love the bag but I wouldn't buy one....not into the designer. Thanks for sharing

I love the results from Invisalign. I’m on the retainers now. The buttons pop off in the beginning because the teeth shift but after that you’re good to go. Only time I took them out was to eat and clean. Took about 18 months the results are phenomenal. Movie star results 🥰🥰🥰🥰I bought a ultrasonic retainer cleaner on Amazon it steralizes the trays I drop those cleaning tablets in at as well.

Hey fab girlie, I didn't have Invisalign but I did have traditional braces on all teeth and an unintended effect of it was weight loss. My mouth was sore half the time so I had to switch up how I ate regarding how hard something was (couldn't eat no roast corn anymore lol). Anyway, the 'sensitivity' was worth it when I saw the result. They're so straight and white now I can do Colgate ads LOL! Oh and you look good to me but I get it, women like to look the way we want to for ourselves.

Wow, your skin really does look great. I’m on Tretanoin 0.25% and my skin is sm worse. I’ll try that sunscreen you use. How many nights per week do you apply Tretanoin? I do every other day. Just looked up Elta MD and it looks like it’s mineral so may leave a white cast. Do you feel it does? We have fairly close complexions. Thank you for responding in advance! ❤

Hey love! Thank you - my skin def has gotten worse too on TRE but was told after the purging period … it will clear up. I use nightly now but started with 2x weekly and worked my way up. The elta MD does leave a cast but since I only wear on my makeup days … I don’t mind

Also, you look perfectly fine. But if you want to lose stubborn excess weight I did a no carbs, no sugar, no alcohol for 6 months and that worked great. I actually felt so much healthier overall that I quit alcohol completely, as well as a great deal of processed foods.
