Buying at the top of your budget - your approval amount is how much house your broker thinks you can afford…it does not take into consideration your other expenses. You have to do that yourself. Space to grow - do you have room to grow in the house? Babies, pets and things take up additional space.

You’ll find your dream home, this is not a race - it’s a long term investment and I know when we do see a “I bought a house” vlog it’s going to clock!

Facts! The home in currently in was on the market 2 years. My initial thought was what’s wrong with this house. We looked at it add I immediately fell in love when we did our walk through. Nothing a lil bit of paint and imagination is all it needed. Fast forward 16 years later and we are so in love with our purchase. Your home is out there waiting to be found 😉.

Home prices to me are so ridiculous, include your yearly taxes and home and yard maintenance. Chile don't forget if you get a crazy HOA with extra fees, oh yeah Peyton ask if your hoa fees will increase at any time. Glad you had a nice time.❤
