UGH i just don't want to say a book is good just so I can be 'nice' and diplomatic. Because I read so much romance and I never hit all five stars so why is everyone so lucky to hit five stars for every book they pick LMAO

I completely agree with you on devil in disguise. The insta love just didn’t work for me and they lacked chemistry. I liked them as individuals more Keir since we found out more about him, but together I just didn’t feel the love they had. I also enjoy your long vlogs 🖤 I watched this one while preparing my breakfast and it was very relaxing ☺️

I have read so many books and I know my tastes. Hearing other readers' opinions on both books that I enjoyed or hated is interesting to me. Reading is very subjective... I like Lisa Kleypas's writing and I didn't mind insta love as much as I hate magic sperm plotlines. Love the vlogs!!

That's the thing about a desk job is you literally can have headphones in all day listening to whatever you want!!

Hey👋 thanks so much for the precious advice 💕 I went directly to my next shopping list on Amazon and deleted Devil In Desguise you just saved me almost $30 cause my choice was paperback. I trust your word every single criticism by you for some of the books I read was absolutely correct, you said about the Kiss Quotient "Don't get misled by the cover" I did as you said and I freaking loved. Some negative things you said about the Friend Zone I found them correct too, I read the first book & hated it then decided against continuing the series and so other things about the Ravenel series that I found myself totaly agreeing with you. Keep up the good work 👏

The friend zone still irks me in so many ways LMFAOOOO and yes the Kiss Quotient was hugely mismarketed to us but I loved it all the same. AHHHHHH I don't want to discourage ppl from reading books but at the same time, just put it at the bottom of your TBR and pick it up when you have absolutely nothing else to read LMFAO

I’m super curious to read Devil in Disguise now. I’ve read Devil in winter & the first 2 in the Ravenel series. I actually don’t mind people having differing opinions. I find it fascinating when I love a book & someone else dislikes it for those very reasons. Doesn’t bother me at all & gives me good insight into why I & others like the things they do.

You are allowed to have a different opinion. I read "Devil in Winter" recently and I thought it was good but not as great as everyone was saying. I liked their banter but I wasn't that into the subplot. I liked "It happened one autumn" better.

Cam the Gypsy who works for Vincent appear in mine until twilight in the series the hawthaway Series. I am not sure is title is correct but is the series of seduce me at sunrise 🌅 by Lisa kleypas.

I loved Devil in Disguise as Sebastian fanfic. There were so many ridiculous lines about him that made me take the book as more comical than anything! The romance between Merritt and Keir was not strong and I can't even remember much about them even though I read the book one week ago. Lmao

I wanna physically read historical romances but its so hard to buy copies in our country:(( I'm just starting out my regency reading for the first time and i'm reading lisa kleypas' books on ebook, but i want it physically for my collection! loll

Okay, so I ordered The wrong marquess 😅 I was intrigued by the cover, it is sooo beautyful 😍 but you made me pushed the button! I'm sure I will love it, too. And I was laughing out loud, I mean LOUUD on the begginning of this vlog 🤣🤣🤣

I just finished this book. I gave it a 4.5 stars. I took a 1/2 star off because it took so long for the heroine to kick the "man child" out of her life.

Yesss!!! Another great reading vlog.. i loved it.... I was reading the third book in the series by Vivienne Lorrett, but honestly i think i will do dnf, simply because, i found the prologue and the rest of the plot very emotional, but a little irrealistic for me and a bit overly dramatic and I didin't enjoy the relationship between the hero and heroine, althouth the chemestry was good. Another think that i didn't liked very much was the dialogues between the couple. However, maybe i will continue listening the audiobook and try again this book. And by the way, forgive my writing 😅... english isn't my native language. And i was almost forget, but i'm reading Midnight Angel by Lisa Kleypas, which is an older book by her, and so far I'm really enjoying it, i didin't read the walflowers series by her but i want to, but maybe i will read first other duologies by her as Then you came and Dreaming of you, i think it is correct, and then i will read the walflowers because is a big series 😅. Happy reading Lisa !🥰

It's good to have different opinion! I always try to be constructive in my reviews, even in the lowly-rated ones I try to point out the positives (unless it's 2 or less star than it's really hopeless) (...probably will never get to Devil in Disguise 😂)

I watch pretty much all YT videos on 2x speed so a 40 minute vlog isn’t that bad. I enjoyed the Wallflower series, but definitely didn’t love the Hathaways or Ravenels. I have her new book from the library but I have low hopes.
