The name is Lisa. I decided to create a booktube channel but somewhere a long the way, I decided to not take everything tOo SeRiousLY so therefore, you will see a bunch of memes. It's going to be MEME HUMOR central but with a mix of books that I love and read. I read a bunch of romance novels, and young adult so please do subscribe if you're in it.

Kinda crazy to me that you can't link to multiple libraries on the kobo. I would think they would allow signing into account. Great device tho
The Sum of All Kisses is my favorite Julia Quinn book and for me The Smythe-Smith Quartet series is my favorite of hers (yes, above the Bridgerton series).

Not the first coloured e reader - they have been a thing for a while, the ost popular is the boox tab mini c which has the same price range as the kobo libra colour and runs on android so you are able to use kindle books on it as well as kindle unlimited
Don't lie about the price.Boox tab mini C with stylus costs $399.99 Whereas Kobo libra color costs $289 with stylus

I never painted my book edges, but I am an artist. I think oil paint was the first mistake, it takes too long to dry and its too thick. Watercolor I think would be risky if you're new at painting, you can overuse the water and it might seep into the pages. Maybe gouache or tempera? ❤

Currently reading blackwood. Didnt like the beginning at how it opens first, but it progresses beautifully. Im only at page 60 I think, but its very mature imo.
Love the historical romance content. I try reading other romance sub genres but I always come back to historicals.

No matter how much I try to convince myself, the screen is just too small. I've never had a good experience with a reader smaller than 7.8".
Which is cheaper/expensive, kindle unlimited or kobo plus?
How is reading during the day with the backlight turned off? I've seen comparisons and Libra 2 is much more readable.
It's still readable but definitely darker. I have my backlight on 15% to make it a bit whiter and it's fine. It's more like old eReaders before they had in built backlights but the letters are more defined than they were then so it's still readable just the screen is darker
There have been quite a few colour ereaders before this one
If you had a regular libra would you upgrade to this? Is it worth it?
I got me a kobo libra 2 about year ago for kobo plus. I have kindle paper white for ku. I’m in the us but I really love having different book subscription. I love that kobo allows so many down loads .
I wish kobo had a trade in system cause I have a libra2 and I don’t need 2 ereaders 😭😭😭 but I want this one soooo bad.
Hi there! Out of curiosity, do you have to buy the books from the kobo store for them to have color covers? I’m wondering if my kindle books can transfer and show up with color as well.
All the books on mine are in colour it doesn't matter if they are Kobo books or books from somewhere else that I added with my computer

You can link more than one library. You sign into the first library and then sign out. You go back and sign into overdrive with the next library. I have two libraries on my Libra 2 and Libra Colour.
Yes you can! I just wish you could link to more than one library at the same time.
But you have to sign out of the other library card or no? (I don't have a kobo device now but want to get one soon)

An Earl to Remember sounds like a redo of the Goldie Hawn/Kurt Russell movie Overboard but with the roles reversed. I wonder if the others in the series are based on movies.
