I have a question about your diet. Do you ever feel like your food is boring and unsatisfying? Do you miss spices and seasonings? I commend you for staying true to what works for your body but I think I’d be SO depressed if I couldn’t eat at restaurants or have seasonings with my food. My favorite food is actually Indian mainly because it’s packed with a ton of flavor.

Hi Mic! Great question. The best way for me to answer this is to share a snippet of my journey. I thrive on eating an abundance of clean, fresh, simple whole foods, in every color of the rainbow. I feel way better, more energy, happier mood, more positive mindset. Better digestion, healthy clear more hydrated skin, no more excessively oily skin, my pores cleared, the painful cystic acne I had for decades cleared up. No body odor or bad breath, no more gut-wrenching painful periods every month. My nails stopped splitting and peeling, they grow fast, long, strong and healthy. I'm fitter now at 41 than when I was 17. Changing my diet to whole food plant-based low fat is what changed my life, it healed me and my microbiome. I get to eat a wider variety of foods now more than ever before. Before this, I spent my life eating pretty much everything, a fairly standard diet and... I developed health issues and food sensitivities because of that food. I love all kinds of cuisines, Indian food is one of my favorites. I just want the healthiest version of it... because I want to be the healthiest version of me. 🍉💛

I love going to Joshua tree and Palm Springs i Live an hour away from both and I’m constantly climbing the rocks 🤣🤣 it’s lots of fun and if you guys wanna try a new place in Palm Springs to explore look up Indian canyon they have gorgeous waterfalls Im so glad you were able to make it to Joshua tree oooh and I forgot about Landers too!

There are lots of gluten free cookies w amazing taste. Also sourdough bread & flat bread are delicious & healthy 💞

Drinking ice cold drinks every single morning damages kidneys in the long run. Too much fruit has left my friend with kidney failure too. You ought to be careful with the fruit consumption
