Paige, you will not regret going sober! I don't really drink for my health, and you'll notice your body will start giving you the alcohol ick -- most of the time it doesn't even sound good anymore. Just don't be afraid to have a drink every once in a while so the mental relationship stays healthy! Love you xx

I totally get the decision to kinda shy away from alcohol. I've come to that conclusion as well recently now that I'm in my mid-twenties lol my anxiety gets bad for like 3 days after, and it's just not worth it tbh. But I also don't like to ban myself from it, like if I'm celebrating, I'll maybe have one drink, and my body seems okay with that, but like no more. Just gotta feel it out for yourself and what feels good to you. Everybody's gonna have a different relationship to alcohol, but I totally get where you're coming from on that 👌

Girl YES we are on the same wavelength..not an influencer but I’m so over Tik Tok and also drinking. Haven’t drank since New Years not even purposely trying to be sober but because it’s just not good for my body and I always regret it when I do so rather not. I also hope the tik tok ban happens 🤭
