I'm also obsessed with hydrangeas, and a hack to make them last longer is to use a really sharp kitchen knife, cut the bottoms at a 45 degree angle, then make a vertical cut up the stem from the bottom so the water can get through easier. Then, boil some water and let cool for about 5 minutes, pour into your vase and put the hydrangeas in. Every time mine start to droop I do this and within 2 hours they come back to life it's amazing.
