If the very serious Robin Roberts (age 57) knew to say "Bye Felicia," then Omorosa (age 43) definitely "got it." Heck, even I understood it, and I'm not in "Friday"s target demographic. Plus, it's been used on "Drag Race" for a long time. But no matter who understood it before... from now on absolutely everyone will know what "Bye, Felicia" means - even if they don't have a clue where it came from - because Robin Roberts said it live on Good Morning America to Omorosa after Omorosa lied and claimed she had quit, and hadn't been been fired, from her job as the only black woman at the White House.

I remember watching the first show that these two were on the Weekend Update. Wasn't fully convinced because I do love my Seth Meyers but I'm weirdly proud of them and how far they've come in the past years. Finally, he did great stand-up and was a good writer but the first year people weren't getting what he was throwing down....I was worried for him. Now that I think about it the same thing happened to Trevor Noah. The first month it was mixed reviews, like give these guys more than a fucking minute geeze. Now Che rocks and I would kill all of you if I got to kick it for even 1 day with Noah.
