This vlog is all about our hike to Wangdue ney under Paro district.
Wangdue ney actually is a blessed sacred site of a Guru Rinpoche in the 8th century.
It is located under Paro district.
To reach Wangdue ney,first we have to drive towards Dawakha and than towards Tashidingkha.It is 50km approximately upto Tashidingkha and than we had to hike.
It was a gentle hike through the pine forests and after about 2 to 3 hours, we reached Wangdue ney.
The caretaker offered us tea and than took us around the sacred site of Wangdue ney.
Although he was in his 70s, He was so fit and pushed us to the limit. We really had a tough time completing the tour of the sacred site.
He was also very kind enough to share is food with us for lunch.
So it was a funfilled spiritual hike.
