I just got into UCF and ran across this video. I loved this vlog and because of it UCF is now at the top of my list :)

I am currently a senior in high school, and I just recently toured UCF and FAU. I’m applying to both and hope to make it in but I am struggling to choose one if I end up having to. This vid is making me lean more towards UCF bc the vibes are immaculate

Omgg that is literally my dilemma too! But same seeing this video has TOTALLY changed my perspective on which one to pick out of the two and I although I really hope I get into both, I’m definitely leaning more towards UCF as well

Hi! I went to YoungLife, but I had friends that went to CRU and Navigators and loved those youth groups, too. You can look up @younglifeucf on Instagram or any of the other youth groups on Instagram to get connected with them :))

it's one video you can't assume she doesn't do work or study or else she wouldn't be allowed to continue getting an education lol. she said she was studying and doing homework in some of the clips.

you can literally see her doing work in multiple clips in the video. also just this one week doesn't equate to her entire time at UCF. the video is simply a glimpse into some parts of her life and I wouldn't blame her if she scrapped some of the more boring parts of her day for the sake of the video not being too long. it's not correct to assume that she isn't a person who values academics and doesn't study. Additionally she seems to be very involved in her school with youth groups and attending games, etc. Community and school involvement is just as important as academics! And nowadays employers are looking for people who are well-rounded individuals, rather than those who just got good grades and studied. There's more to college than just textbooks and studying and if that's all to do in college, you'd have an entire college campus of depressed people. She also got into UCF which is really an accomplishment considering the amount of people that apply each year. Someone applying to UCF might want to see the things you can do on your downtime in Orlando and I think this video showcases it really well. that's just my opinion though and you're entitled to yours. Just because someone knows how to relax and have fun with friends and family (plus enjoy college life) doesn't mean that they don't study. if she didn't she'd probably get kicked out lol. anyways thanks if you read all that lmao
