Week 24: Renovating our original 1970s Kitchen | Checking things off the list & 50 trips Home Depot!

Feels like we got a lot of progress done this week with our kitchen renovation despite the 50 trips to Home Depot for supplies haha. We are in the final stages of this kitchen renovation. This week we were able to do the trim around the door installed, crown molding on kitchen cabinets, decorative molding on the kitchen peninsula, painted the other half of the room, painted ceiling, painted window, and a few more minor touch ups. Come back next week as we are near the end of this kitchen renovation series!

BEAUTIFUL job as always. I think the crown on the cabinets will be fine once they are painted. If not, that's an easy fix for a dreary winter day.

You should try using a neck pillow when you paint the ceiling . It helped when i painted mine😊

I bought a neck brace when we were doing the drywall, should of used that. Although the neck pillow sounds like a much better option 😂

small crown and another crown moulding i seen it too many times, ur the ones that will see it every day, no room up top for storage ull need, other then that ur doing awesome. and thats just my opinion
