Absolutely bro, it has changed massively now, everything up to week 14 is so slow.. now I can see changes day to day so feeling very happy 👍

Hahaha the panic stage, if your journey is anything like mine you’ll soon start feeling some strange ‘growing sensations’ real soon..and month 4 there will be more movement and progress! Then you’ll see a difference week by week in month 5
