    You're doing really well as a beginner! Maybe start adding any weight changes too so we can see each time you progress towards the goal? I was 110 kg in 2022 and am now 97 kg but my goal weight is 65 kg! Would love to join you on this journey - my 28th birthday is in October! I'm a huge fan of Pak dramas from Australia especially your sister and found your content through her btw! 😊😊

    Loved the video and how real it is! But I feel like the second half of the video seemed a bit rushed. Maybe a more detailed day in the life + what I would eat in a day would be great or like a video where you show us what you eat in 3/4 days or over the weekend so things are a bit more spaced out and we get a sense of your day as well because what I’m getting from your videos (and which is true for a lot of us I’m sure) is that our daily routines affect what we put in our bodies as well, so it would be nice to see a closer blend of both I feel like that might help with a more seamless transition as well while being very realistic which I loved about your video ❤

    @@sumaiyanaqvi6500 thats a good question, i can take it up in my video too next time. Short answer- yes I definitely have loose skin and as much as I am confident in my skin, its still my insecurity and I am trying to be less harsh on myself for it.

    Hey good luck! I’m also on my weight loss journey and have 10-15 kgs to lose by the end of September but not sure if I’ll be able to do it. Please let me know how did lemon and honey lukewarm water helped you out? Would love to start taking it.

    It has helped in digestion, after a long night sleep it also helped hydrating the body, skin health is improved because there is vitamin C in lemon. Weightloss is supported in a way that you feel full too. I hope this helps ❤️☺️
